Could/Should Spurs move into the ' O2 Arena' while they develop WHL...?

levy has said the ndp is now unviable and he will not be going ahead unless big concessions are made by the government or harringey. even if it did go ahead it was to be done in stages and there would have been no need to play elsewhere while work was being done.
