Noisy lifters after multiple ending head removals can cause clogged oil pump?

At one point on my 2000 Chev Monte Carlo, we discovered a cross threaded spark plug. Mechanic removed enging head to remove, prep hole for net plug hole. Then my lifters were noisy life never before. Take it back, the put new head on, and 6 lifters on the one side. Those lifters were installed 2 days after the head was removed because they had gotten the wrong ones. They had to restart the oil soak time. After thats ordeal was done, it was still noisy. I go back, and get another new head, and 12 new lifters (6 ea. side). That's 3 days of repais, and pick the car up and it's still noisy! Going into the engine that many times, clog the oil pump filter? Can that be why oil is not getting up to the top as how it sounds? If so, they should take care of that on their expense I would hope. Seemed to happen after they had vehicle 5 days from not having the right parts, etc. Thanks in advance! MR

Healthy pitt puppies, time to wean them yet?

My first time mother pit bull gave birth to 9 beautiful, large, healthy pups thanks to the calcium tabs she received every day. :) They are 5 wks old today. She absolutely hates to be around them and when we seclude her with them she just walks in circles and barks woefully. :( The pups are extremely healthy, and fully have the concept of drinking water out of a bowl and eating semi wet beneful puppy kibble from a pan altogether. Its the cutest thing. They use the bathroom on their own and play and fight and knaw on my ankles when I hang out with them. Since the mother dog makes such a raucous when we try to put her in the kennel with them, we have shortened her feeding times to around lunchtime and then she spends the night with them. My question is, is this once a day feeding alright for the puppies and is it okay to leave her away from them over night? We tried this method last night and all seemed well. Should I continue? Naperville Illionis! It is where i live and it has a large police force. We are right next to Aurora which is a bit bigger, so if you need more police officers, they come in all the time. Will my Fiance be getting a IRS Tax refund?

My fiance and I have been together for almost 4 years, when we met he owed back taxes from 2002 and 2004. For the past 3 years he's been filing his tax returns and the IRS has been taking his refunds and applying it to his owed back tax amount. We would have finished paying off the remaining balance this year but around Sep. 2010 the IRS sent us a letter saying we had 10 days to reply to the letter or they would put a levy on his bank account, the letter also stated that they had doubled the owed amount due to penalties and interest. We set up a payment arrangement and we've been paying the IRS $100.00 a month for about 7 months. We went to file my fiance's 2010 tax return and also took the 2002 and 2004 tax returns to the tax professional and we filed all three....it turns out that my fiance didn't owe anything on the 2002 and only owed $582 on the 2004 tax return. For the 2010 tax return the tax professional told us that we'd be getting a refund of $2126.00. The IRS is now telling us they still applied the $2126.00 to the back taxes even though we filed all the returns to square all of this mess out. We've paid the IRS WAYYYYY more than the $582 my fiance ended up owing. So my question is...will we still get a refund after the IRS works out how much my fiance is getting back or should we just kiss that refund goodbye even though we filed all the necessary returns?

The other night me and my friends went on a secluded mountain at about 2am. We saw many of shooting stars and began to watch the sky above us for more. We suddenly realized that 3 stars were moving in a triangle formation. One star stopped and disappeared, while the 2 other stars went south in a line formation. I have a 2001 mitsubishi diamante. i've already changed my rear tires a few times in the last 6 months. my tires begin to thread on one side only, and you would not be able to see it unless you bend down and look at the tire underneath the car. my car also feels as if im driving on a sheet of ice when it rains or if the street is wet because it almost feels as if my back end is fishtailing. my steering wheel does not pull to any side when i let go of the wheel it will continue straight. but if any of my back tires hit a fold in the street or a bump my wheel jerks back and forth. my mechanic told me it was my tires but when i put a set of new (used) tires on there it didn't help. he has given me an alignment before but i don't know if it was only for the front wheels. i'm so tired of having problems with my tires...i just want it fixed. but i need to know what to do first. if i get another set of tires and a 4 wheel alignment will it solve my problem? do my tires in the front need to be the same size and brand as my tires in the back? please help!

Why do my friends act like this?

My friends have recently started to seclude me from certain things. I have read the military fitness forms that say if it is controlled by meds, I am NOT disqualified, but my recruiter told me that I would need to come off of them in order to move forward. Question about Wisdom Teeth?

Alright, so I google'd this stuff because I am 17 and my top wisdom teeth have started growing. I found out that you don't need them removed if your mouse is big enough so that they don't bother your other teeth. I asked my mom about when you get them removed and she said that it is one of the most painful experiences ever because they have to cut your gums and then use a needle and thread to close it up. I currently have braces that will be coming off in a couple days and I want to know if it will reduce my chances of having to get my wisdom teeth removed because I had 4 teeth pulled in order to get my braces (1 from each side of my mouth).

I come from a very small island nation in the Pacific called Palau. Ever since I became a teenager I became ver depressed, secluded and felt like I didn't fit in with any group because I was so different from everybody else. I'm very mature, kind, caring, open minded,free spirited and very very shy. I talk a lot about different things and issues that sometimes people say that I'm weird because I'm so random. I know that I am. I'm very passionate about important things such as art, history, politics, culture, human rights, international relations, etc.... I gave up on video games and cartoons at a very young age. I watch and read the news, but I do like action, comedy and horror shows, movies and books. I don't know how I turned out so mature than the rest of my peers. I have very eclectic way of thinking that not many people understand me. I get very good grades and I know many things most teens my age or even adults have no clue about for example, the capital of North Korea, which is Pyongyang or the name of the secretary general of the United Nations, which is Ban Ki Moon. In my country I felt so different from my own people because I have a very different way of thinking than most of them. I felt like a loner in my own society, my own motherland. I came to Virginia last year to finish the rest of my high school years and I thought I'd be able to blend in well with the people here. I thought I'd be accepted and understood for the way I am but I was wrong. I have made good friends here, whom I share limited interests with and they too think I'm very random, weird, mature and too serious. They're all I got for friends and they're very nice but I just don't share any of their interests like anime and games. Because I don't share the same interests as they, I just feel like I don't fit in. Most of the time I would go mute when I'm with them because they talk about cartoons and anime and I don't even have a clue what they are talking about because I don't watch or read any of them so they would tell me to talk and I would just talk about other things I'm interested about and they would not understand what and why I would talk about those things. I don't want to lose the friends I have made here because they're all I have and they're really nice but I just don't know! I socialize and associate with people older than me better than I do with kids my age. I'm 17 by the way. So I'm very weird and random I know that. I thought coming here I'd finally feel accepted and feel a sense of belonging but I was wrong. I don't where and when will I feel accepted. I don't know how to stop my randomness and my seriousness. I try so hard to fit in that it's frustrating and depressing. I'm a guy but it hurts to hear people say "you're weird!" Ear Piercing Allergy- What do I do?

I am soon going to get my ears pierced. For the third time. The first time, I got my ears pierced at Claires with 14k gold posts stamped 14k on the actual post (yes I can read that small). After a few days, the holes started leaking this nasty yellow pus, and my mom put alcohol on them and nothing helped so we took the earrings out amd the holes closed over. I have been cleaning my ears twice a day during that time, and I did not touch my ears. A few years later, I got them pierced again, with gold plated studs. Same story. I really really want my ears pierced. My grandmother sent me 4 pairs of 14-18k gold earrings, and I want to wear them. I'll be fine once my holes heal. I don't know what earrings to try when getting my ears pierced though! I don't want to re-pierce again. My mom suggested that she pierce my ears herself with a sterilized needle and thread floss through like people did in her native Ukraine, but I don't know! Any suggestions?

Hey there. I think that explaining it to your parents would be a great start. You need the support of your family, I don't know your family. Have you had any counseling for the abuse? If your not keen to take medication then I think seeing a counselor would be really helpful to you. One that uses cognitive behavioral therapy. They can give you the tools to change your thinking to help you overcome your depression. I hope you find a way out, your young and have your whole life ahead of you, being 13 is a difficult time for most people, but things make more sense eventually.

You need to assess your school district and how they are handling their money currently and then what the levy is for. If your district is doing well and getting good results, IMHO giving them more money would be a lot easier to justify than if they were not performing well and seemed to be mismanaging things. Aw, you actually sound like a really sweet guy. I'm the same way sometimes. I can understand why your mom, who's from another generation, would act that way when she views her son on the computer all the time. It might worry her when in reality there may be nothing to worry about. Really, once you get your license and a job the world opens up to you. In the meantime, just try to ignore your mom or tell her that you like the computer and she has to deal with it. Try to go to your dads as much as you can and maybe suggest to do other stuff with your friends, like go out. Shyness goes away with social interaction. Ear Piercing Allergy- What do I do?

I am soon going to get my ears pierced. For the third time. The first time, I got my ears pierced at Claires with 14k gold posts stamped 14k on the actual post (yes I can read that small). After a few days, the holes started leaking this nasty yellow pus, and my mom put alcohol on them and nothing helped so we took the earrings out amd the holes closed over. I have been cleaning my ears twice a day during that time, and I did not touch my ears. A few years later, I got them pierced again, with gold plated studs. Same story. I really really want my ears pierced. My grandmother sent me 4 pairs of 14-18k gold earrings, and I want to wear them. I'll be fine once my holes heal. I received a call at work from a woman claiming to be calling from the State of Ohio IRS office asking where she can send a fax for tax levy. The number she called from was 412-921-5205, when I called it back the recording said "The number you dialed cannot be completed". Now this is not the first time debt collectors have called my jobb looking for former employees trying to collect on a debt, and I am wondering since the number this woman called from is fraudulent, my only guess is that it's a debt collector lying about who they really are. Charged unplanned overdraft fee for overdraft fee levied by bank.?

Please help. I went overdrawn by �5 and was charged �85 pounds. I do not know how they worked that out , but that was my problem for going overdraft. I had just �20 in my account so my balance went to -�65. Two months later, there is a charge of �75 on my account for going overdraft by �65( from the balance of �85 charges ). I paid the �65 in the account the next day. I got no letter saying the unplanned overdraft fee was due to come out. My family is falling apart, what should I do?

This is really hard for me to say but from the time that I was ten I became very depressed and from then on I have NEVER lived the life of a child. When I was ten my parents stop letting watch tv or even play with dolls or my friends. I wasn't allowed to go over to my friends houses or do anything that a child should be able to do instead they made me clean and cook and constant bases where now that has become my whole entire life. all that i do is cook and clean, and in my house that is more important than school. When I come home from school instead of being able to study or rest for a little I have to cook and then After that I have to wash dishes and sweep the floor. Then I must take out the garbage. By the time that I am done with doing all of that I only have an hour to do any school work or study and I must maintain my spot on the honor role. So now when I have done all of that I have to use the 2 hour break that I get at school to do all of my school work and I have to skip lunch. On the weekend my life gets even worse I have to cook dinner and then I have to vacuum the house and dust and give the house a full cleaning and laundry I get little to no time to myself and then I just go back into the same routine. My parents seem to believe that I should spend all of my free time cooking or clean with none spend on what I want to do.My friends and family all say that I seem depressed and it has started to show in my everyday life at school I'm an very quite and secluded and my posture is very bad and I always have my head down and the saddest thing is that now that I'm sixteen I don't have a life I smile little or most days not at all and I always look sad and feel sad. The jar was still vacuum sealed when I opened it (100% certain). The mold wasn't inside the vacuum sealed part, just on the threads of the jar. Waxing is cheaper and I've never had a problem with it growing back in thicker. Shaving makes is grow back in thicker, not waxing. Waxing is much quicker and easier. Threading requires the person to tie a single thread around a single hair and pull it out one at a time, which IMO takes waaaay too long. With waxing one quick pull and whoosh it's all gone.

How can I integrate my cats with a new kitten?

We adopted a kitten who is 5 months old a few days ago. He is coming into a household that already has 2 cats that are brothers that we have been raising since they were six weeks old (They are now 2yrs old). We tried to follow instructions from our cat book and separated the older cats from the kitten so that they could slowly get used to his smell. But the kitten wanted nothing more than to play with the cats and escaped from the room he was in. Now, the 2 adult cats are on edge and upset. One of our cats used to be so sweet and loving and now is too worried about the kitten to care about us or to even want to go near anyone. He has pretty much secluded himself from everyone else. The kitten is continuously going up to each cat and sometimes with one he will get a lukewarm response, but with one he will get hissed at and swiped at no matter what. But he doesn't seem to care and still wants to play. Is there any steps that can be taken to get these cats to get along? Sometimes I see the adults hissing at each other now for no reason and I have never seen that with them before. I want the kitten to fit in but I cannot do it at the expense of my older cats. I need some help please!!!!!!!!!
