How can I get my money back?

My husband had a daughter before we were married, he has been unemployed for the last 4 years, or only working small jobs here and there. he was not paying child support, and has amassed a child support balance of $13,000, I have a savings account at ing bank and he is on the account with me. however my savings came from my christmas bonus from my job. none of the money was from him, as he is not employed. recently my account was levied for my entire amount in the account.I am not responsible for his child support and am wondering how to go about receiving my money back.
