How can i talk around people?

I'm very secluded. i live out in the country, and never really got to talk to many people. I'm moving to a new school, and i need to know how to act and talk around people. Especially women. People my age tell me all the time that i'm good looking. I workout 3 times a week, and i'm on varsity track. But i just have terribly poor social skills. I'm have this thing called "Asberger Syndrome", and i can't socialize with people. I have perfect hygene. I just need to learn how to be less shy, and act correctly. Whenever i talk to people, i don't really know what to say. So ya. I need help. Anything you could tell me would be awesome.
