Can Lapco bore sizers fit with other barrels?

I want to get a bore sizer kit because the paint used at the field I go to is really small. So, I was looking at the micro barrel kit because it's only 20 bucks and just comes with the bore sizers. But if I put one of them into the threads on my gun (where the barrel goes in) can I put a different barrel on the end? thanks.
