Do you think this is "hard core flirting"?

There was a tiny loose thread on the inner thy part of my shorts and I asked my sad guy friend, who I was trying to cheer him up (flirtingly) if he could remove the thread for me. He shyly asked me how he was to do that without scissors so I suggested he bite it off (remember its inner thy..) Later I told my other friend about it as I found the situation funny and he sad "Wow. Thats some hard core flirting...", giving me the impression that he thought it was a "loose" thing to say/do. So what do you think? Was I "hard core flirting"?
