I'm looking for a wedding location.?

I live in Houston and I am looking for a big open field or park area that is kinda secluded. I want to have the actual ceremony there and also the reception with maybe bbq-ing or picnic tables set up. I'm looking to do this sometime between January and April of next year. Also, I am looking to do this as low cost as possible. Does anyone know of a great location where I will have mostly some privacy, play some music for dancing, allows drinking, and will allow us to be there until after night fall?
