You would need to check visa requirements. You could probably pack up and go to somewhere in Europe, but elsewhere, you wouldn't get past border control without the appropriate visa. As for a secluded area in the UK, land is usually always owned by someone and you wouldn't be able to live on it without their permission. If you have money, why not go to a retreat for a while.
